Crossbell was the site of a continuing territorial battle with two states: the Republic of Calvard and the Erebonian Emperor. Crossbell has evolved to become a thriving city-state that is one of the most important centers of economic activity in the world.
Lloyd Bannings, who spent three years exiled from Crossbell, returns to the town he grew up in to continue his brother’s legacy and join Crossbell Police Department. But, upon arriving to find he’s transferred to the Special Support Section, a new division that handles the odd and small requests. His new team includes Elie MacDowell (granddaughter of the mayor); Randy Orlando (ex-soldier who has been a womanizer) along with Tio Plato (young tech genius).
While their CPD is often mocked by the media, and snubbed upon by other departments of the CPD, Lloyd and his friends continue to fight for their city to become an improved place. When they are doing this, however they come into contact with the criminal corruption gripping their city. They aren’t aware of how wide the Shadows of Crossbell City reach…
